1.Baseline indexes
1.1.Inclusion criteria

Age 18-75 years

Yes

Meet all of the following criteria:

Poor upper limb function, though the contralateral upper limb functioned well
/
No progressive stroke and vital signs were stable
/
AROM of wrist extension was 0 degree
/
he ability to understand and agree to the trial procedures and to sign an informed consent form in accordance with national legislation
/
Stroke diagnosis that was confirmed by evidence on computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans 3 days to 12 months prior to the study
/
A patient of any sex who was aged between 18 and 75 years

1.2.Exclusion criteria

3.4.Extensor Carpi Radialis Muscle Strength
3.5.Extensor Carpi Ulnaris Muscle Strength
3.6.Extensor Digitorum Communis Muscle Strength
4.Week 4 site visit
