1.1.Inclusion Criteria

age>=18years,<85years

Initial stroke <6 months, or the last stroke event >6 months

patients with injury in the middle cerebral artery region

NIHSS > 4, NIHSS < 26 points

mRS score >=2

Complete CT or MRI

Yes

No serious neurological or mental illness; Unconscious disorder, can cooperate with the relevant treatment; No severe cognitive impairment (MMSE>=15 points)

1.2.Exclusion Criteria

A history of epilepsy or mental illness (including depression, anxiety or schizophrenia)

Serious comorbidity

History of drug use: benzodiazepines, baclofen, antidepressants

Do not follow the plan

Acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, acute infectious disease

Depression has a strong suicidal tendency

Severe headache, high blood pressure, malignant tumor, open wound, vascular embolism, low white blood cells and other patients

Severe alcohol abuse

Persons with a history of craniocerebral surgery and metal implants in the brain

Patients with implanted pacemakers

NIHSS>26 and MMSE<15

any disease which is likely to cause the patient to fail to live for more than one month
