1.1.Inclusion Criteria

Preoperative colonoscopy pathological diagnosis as cancer or can’t remove cancerization completely

Lesion located on 8cm to 60cm from the anal verge

The greatest transverse diameter is less than 4cm

No local extensive infiltration and distant metastasis

Body mass index (BMI) is less than 30 kg/m2

1.2.Exclusion Criteria

With severe intestinal obstruction,perforation or bleeding needed emergency surgery

Colorectal cancer recurrence or multiple primary cancer

Laparoscopic surgery contraindications

Case data is not complete or missing
